Bicycling on the Outer Banks
Bicycling is one of the fastest growing outdoor activities on the Outer Banks. With the recent addition of miles and miles of dedicated bike paths in the area, biking is easier and safer than ever. In many areas the bike path is off the road and is open to strollers, walkers and joggers.
Currently, a bike path runs the entire length of the Outer Banks from Corolla through Nags Head. Many of these paths run along the ocean and offer scenic views of the beach and the water.
