We have rented through Atlantic Realty for several years. The staff is outstanding answering my questions prior to our arrival and if necessary while we’re there! Liz, Angela, Mercedes and Theresa are my go to contacts! I feel like I know them personally. When we return the next season we have been offered a repeat renter discount! We are also able to reserve a rental the following year at a minimal down payment. We have been renting at the Outer Banks since the 70’s and Atlantic Realty is by far the best agency we have worked with. The homes are beautiful, this year we rented Paws in the Sand in Kitty Hawk, which was beautiful well stocked and close to the beach with ocean views. Atlantic Realty maintains these rentals wonderfully and everything is in working order and, if not, someone will stop over immediately to remedy the problem. We are from NY and we will continue to rent through Atlantic Realty. I have also recommended Atlantic Realty to my extended family and friends!

We were very satisfied with our whole experience. We had never rented a house before and you made it extremely easy. This property was perfect for our family because the floor plan allowed for each group to have their own area yet it had enough room for us to spend time together, too.
