Our selection of Outer Banks long term rentals ranges from 2 to 6 bedroom homes and some do allow pets for an additional fee. Some of these properties are year-round rentals and some are only winter rentals. Our long term winter rentals become available for rent in Oct/Nov and are great options for snowbirds who want to escape the cold weather for the winter.
Prior to scheduling an appointment to view an available property, we will need to perform a credit check for pre-qualification. We require a minimum 600 credit score. An application is required for each occupant 18 years of age and older with $40 application fee for processing a credit check for pre-qualification.
