Housekeeping and Inspecting Personnel

Atlantic Realty of the Outer Banks is currently accepting applications for housekeeping and inspecting professionals for the 2024 season. Positions are solely part time on weekends and seasonal work, primarily between Memorial day and Labor Day with exception depending on level of skill. This is a great opportunity for a person with strong attention to detail, punctual time management, and a good backup/ second income.

We are adding strong individuals with a good work ethic and a drive for exceptional service and quality. This job has physically demanding tasks and should be considered when applying. Our pay system is weekly and direct deposit. We are offering a new pay scale with incentives for solid and outstanding performance. Showing up on time and reliable transportation are a must. Please consider this is weekend work and childcare should be pre-arranged.
